Scope:To creating one of the most beautiful Flats in Cornwall garden
Complete flat renovation and change of layout in knights bridge, Cornwall Gardens.
The project included new architectural design and structural calculation to remove the wall between the kitchen and living room to create open plan kitchen dinner.
Installation of new electrical system, new electric boiler and cylinder. Full floor sound proofing and installation of herringbone flooring throughout the flat. Creating a new shower and bathroom area, full bathroom and kitchen installation including an island and over the counter extractor fan.
